Thank you so much for choosing Mrs.Awesome! Before you read this policy, we strongly and sincerely recommend that you check the following points before placing your order to ensure that the curtains you purchase will fit your needs:
1.Confirm the size of curtains. You can use the measurement tool within the website or measure yourself with a metal tape measure.
2.Confirm the color, material, texture and pattern of the curtains. We recommend that you purchase fabric samples before you buy curtains to prevent color differences due to different monitors or lighting. The material, texture and pattern of the sample book is exactly the same as the curtain, you can confirm it in advance.
3.Confirm the hanging header type and liner of the curtains. Please read carefully about it and its two blogs with professional explanations so that you can choose the right style.

Return & Refund Policy
Section 1 - Which conditions can be refunded?
If you have any of the following product issues after receiving your package, send an email with photos as proof to support@mrsawesomeinc.com. We accept return at our shipping cost after confirmation. Received items that do not match the order. Contains the following scenarios:
1.Wrong Colour: A common scenario is that you order white and actually receive gray.
2.Wrong Size: The curtain size error is more than +/-1.5% of the actual order.
3.Wrong Material: A common scenario is that you order Peony and actually receive Dandelions.
4.Wrong Hanging Header Type: A common scenario is that you order "pleated" and actually receive "grommet".
Section 2 - Which conditions can not be returned?
1.Misunderstood the image of the product.
2.Items do not fit properly but were made accurately.
3.Drapes are too heavy.
4.There is a slight color discrepancy with the color you purchased.
5.Change of mind / No longer wants it.
6.Not the quality you wanted.
7.Wrong size. Tolerance size within +/- 1% is treated as industry acceptable.
8.Order come later than expected.
9.Item were ordered by mistake.
Section 3 - Return Time Limit
Any reasonable return request will be accepted and handled within 30 days upon your receipt. We remind you to check the products as soon as you receive them. If the products come defective when they arrive, please contact us within 7 days upon receipt at support@mrsawesomeinc.com. We need you to provide the shipping label of the package, and photos to prove the package's status. We will inspect the products and if we agree with you that the products are defective then we will either (at our discretion) offer a full refund for the price of the product, or repair or replace the product (we will notify you by e-mail of the action we will take). All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
Section 4 - Refund Time Limit
If you meet our return criteria and provide the above-mentioned product defect photos and shipping label, then we will provide a refund for the full cost of your purchase of this order immediately after we receive and confirm the return package, which will be returned to your account within 3-7 days.
Section 5 - Where exactly is the return address?
Once return request was approved, you will be provided with return shipping address by email support@mrs-awesome.com.
Section 6 - How to solve the problem if the goods are damaged or lost during the shipping process?
1.If you have received your product and the product is broken before use, please contact us via email within 3 days and we will replace it for you quickly.
2.If your product is lost before delivery. After you confirm with FedEx, UPS or other couriers by email, send a screenshot of the actual situation with communication to support@mrs-awesome.com. We will arrange a refund or a replacement shipment for you depending on your choice. There is no extra cost to you.
